Exploring Endless Possibilities in Design
From May 20 to 25, 2025, Łódź will host the 19th edition of the Łódź Design Festival (ŁDF), one of Poland’s premier events dedicated to design and creativity. This year’s festival centers around the theme “nie_koniec / un_end,” emphasizing continuous curiosity and the ever-evolving nature of design. The theme invites participants to explore adaptive and alternative paths in design and architecture, reflecting on the infinite relationship between individuals and the social ecosystems of cities, communities, and values.
The festival’s program includes a diverse array of exhibitions, workshops, and installations. Highlights feature the “make me!” competition, showcasing innovative projects by emerging designers, and the “must have” plebiscite, recognizing outstanding products from Polish designers and manufacturers. Additionally, the open programme offers a platform for creatives to present their ideas to an international audience.
